The basic and favourite package consists of a 5 page structure as indicated above.
Homepage: This is the first page a visitor sees when visiting a web site. It is the face of a company or business. It is always important to remember that "first impressions" tend to last. This page should get the attention that it needs.
Choice Pages 1, 2 & 3: These pages may consist of various items such as a small photo gallery of products, a company location/address description, more details about a company, price structures and more.
Contact Us: Prospective customers can contact a company via email by completing a simple online form. A client may also include his or her telephone, fax and cellphone details.
What is included: (Price R3400-00*)
1) Custom Web Site Name ie: www.yoursite.com (1 Year).
2) Site support at a rate of 1 hour/month for a full year.
3) Basic SEO(Search Engine Optimization).
4) Submission of website to all the major Search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN and the South African Search Engines such as Ananzi and Aardvark.
5) Client has a 30-day retention period after final payment to alleviate errors such as spelling mistakes or image types. This type of website is typically used by small business owners.
*Note: Additional pages ie: | Choice Page 4 | and upwards will be charged at an additional R250 per page. Full price or balance after non-refundable deposit will be payable on delivery of final, completed web site. Prices are subject to the domain hosting service being used being .co.za, .com, .net, .org etc. A recurrent annual, minimal domain name renewal fee is applicable.
CMS(BACK-OFFICE ACCESS)
This package includes the same specifications as the BASIC PACKAGE above, but includes back-office access to the client and the content is dynamic.
The advantage of a CMS system is that:
1) It is a dynamic content system being updated on a regular basis. Everytime content changes on such a system, the major Search Engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN gets notified automatically, where on a Basic Package the content is static and only gets changed from time to time, which is usually once a year, when the client requests and update or revamp of his/her website. In the latter case of the Basic Package, crawl frequency rates by the Search Engines are determined by their own internal policies and cannot be guaranteed. However manual SEO(Search Engine Optimization) is possible for static packages such as the Basic Package.
2) The client can update/add to his/her own content at any time with a back-office access system. The back office system is as simple to use as typing a letter in Microsoft Word. The client can even insert his/her own pictures.

NOTE: The client has the option to include a maintenance contract for his/her website. This is where the Pinsoft Studios Webmaster supply support on a pre-agreed basis to the client. This option is available for all packages.
